When we adopted Cosmo, all we knew about him was that his elderly owner in Milwaukee had died and he ended up in a pound in the city. He was rescued by Shih Tzu Rescue of Central Wisconsin and found his way into our home and our hearts. What he taught us about kindness and love was remarkable.
